Data Entry / Administrative Assistant
Location: Fully Remote
Pay: $25/hr
Description:
Assist in maintaining records, entering data, and providing administrative support for healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update patient and administrative data accurately in internal databases and software.
- Maintain and organize electronic records and documentation according to company protocols.
- Support scheduling, email correspondence, and other clerical tasks for healthcare professionals.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and respond to internal requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
