Data Entry / Administrative Assistant

Location: Fully Remote

Pay: $25/hr

Description:

Assist in maintaining records, entering data, and providing administrative support for healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update patient and administrative data accurately in internal databases and software.
  • Maintain and organize electronic records and documentation according to company protocols.
  • Support scheduling, email correspondence, and other clerical tasks for healthcare professionals.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and respond to internal requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
